Concentrated Planning services paired with design, for clients that want a higher level of attention and assistance throughout the planning process, but still want to plan parts of the event themselves!
While you book your key vendors, we will focus on the aesthetic of the wedding day, create a design board for your vision and select the perfect vendor team for the design elements of your event!
Partnered with our Event Management services - This Approach Includes Rehearsal Coordination & one Lead Planner and two Event Assistants for your Event for the full day.
Typically called "Day-of Coordination", this package is for the client that has put the details in place on their own but needs help executing the plans.
You will receive access to our online planning platform, which includes our preferred vendor list. We start with a Budget call & then map out your timeline to set you on the right path for planning!
With monthly check-ins from your planner, you’re sure to stay on track!
Starting 90 days before the wedding, we take over the contracts & details to tie up the loose ends, so you can enjoy the final days celebrating.
