This service is for clients that need help getting started with their plans, but aren’t looking for full service planning.

Utilize this planning session to receive in-depth, overall planning guidance for your event OR to schedule a day of venue tours and vendor recommendations to jumpstart your planning journey!

Over the course of our consultation we will map out your vision & budget for the event, answer questions and provide guidance to set you on the right path for planning your event. After our consultation is complete, we will provide you with an itinerary or timeline for your event for you to complete, a preferred vendor list matching your budget and vision, as well as a few bonus items to ensure your event runs smoothly.

If you chose the venue tour option - we will book site visits at up to 5 venues and attend each walk through with you to discuss your event and the venue options. After seeing each space we will provide you with a cost comparison and pros/cons list for each of your top 2-3 choices to help you narrow down which venue is best for your event!

This service is available for up to 5 hours of consultation via phone/zoom call. This service can also be booked as an ADD ON for Event Management clients needing extra guidance during the planning process.
